The Force USA Canada return policy only applies to in-home items that are regularly stocked. It does not apply to items that are custom ordered and does not apply to products purchased for commercial spaces.

The 30 day period for the return policy starts from the day that your items are picked up or received, and some restocking fees may apply.

To be eligible for a "no-fee" return, your item must be unused, in the manufacturer packaging and in the exact same condition that you received it in. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Restocking fees are dependent on the condition of the product and are listed below:

• Unused and unopened items = 0%
• Open box = 10%
• Used or assembled = 15%

Customers are responsible for returning and shipping the products back to us.

Please note return policy does not apply to clearance items.
