What is the return process?Updated 5 months ago
If you wish to return an item, please submit a return request using the instructions below:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
Please note that customers are responsible for returning and shipping the products back to us.
If your return request is approved then you receive an email with further instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
If an item is damaged or defective please specify with photos by email to [email protected]
The 30 day period for the return policy starts from the day that your items are picked up or received, and some restocking fees may apply. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Restocking fees are dependent on the condition of the product and are listed below:
- Unused and unopened items = 0%
- Open box = 10%
- Used or assembled = 15%
Please note return policy does not apply to clearance items.
